Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During sales, launches, mystery bag events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

A flat-rate shipping fee of $7 applies to ALL orders. If multiple orders are placed, any overage for shipping will be refunded. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Jay’s Finds is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout, or packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
